At Gannon Tactical we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Our warranty policies are designed to provide you with confidence and peace of mind when purchasing from us.


Manufacturer Warranty

✅ All products sold are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
✅ Warranty applies only to items that have not been installed, damaged, or used beyond their intended scope.


Cerakote Items

✅ All Cerakote-coated items are protected under our No-Hassle Replacement Policy.
✅ If a Cerakote product arrives damaged or develops a finish defect within 30 days under normal use, we will replace it with no hassle.


Uppers & Barrels

✅ All AR-15/AR-10 uppers and barrels come with a warranty when used with A-grade copper ammunition only.
✅ Use of steel, remanufactured, or low-grade ammunition may void the warranty.
✅ If problems arise under proper use, we will do our best to correct the issue promptly.


General Conditions

  • Items must be returned in new and unused condition unless covered under the Cerakote replacement policy.

  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or improper installation.

  • Proof of purchase may be required for warranty claims.


How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team at SALES@GANNONTACTICAL.COM with your order number and product details.

  2. Provide a clear description of the issue and photos if applicable.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return or replacement process.

What we don't cover

Under no circumstances shall Gannon Tactical be responsible for incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss or injury to property, whether as a result of express or implied warranty, negligence or otherwise. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. We will not be responsible for the results of careless handling, unauthorized adjustments, defective, low-quality, reloaded, or improper ammunition, corrosion, neglect, ordinary wear and tear, or unreasonable use.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 1-17 business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the U.S. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to specific destinations due to local or state laws.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
